The contract was to aid with Merlin Gerin with removal and re-instating of the paint and spray bay, the test bay, new moulding test bay, existing moulding bay and installation of 100mm Gas pipework to oven.

The scope of work was firstly to isolate all water, gas and compressed air in the Paint and spray bay. Then to remove all services from the existing moulding bay, moulding press cell and test bay.

All the services were then installed in the new moulding plant bay. This included the installation of gas to incoming mains, the connection of compressed air lines, new water supplies (inc’ insulation), underground pipework and maintenance to heaters.

The main oven was then connected, via 100mm pipe to the gas supply.
