This contract was to supply Mechanical & Electrical works to new build nursing home of 43 bedrooms

To comply with current building regulations the scope of works had to be NIC EIC & Corgi compliant.

The remit for RBI electrical was to install all services to incorporate mains power, lighting, small power, fire alarm, TV system, Nurse call, lift services, bonding, external/security lighting and testing

The remit for RBI mechanical was to install all services and plant to incorporate plantroom fitting, heating, waters services, Gas, above ground drainage, sanitaryware and testing.

Due to the nature of the work careful management and supervision was necessary to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality of work.
