The remit for this project was to install copper domestic water services and all plant room equipment e.g. boilers etc, cold water services to Labs’, carry out iron works in plant room, carry out copper domestic water services works to water heaters.

Plant room works consisted of both copper and iron piping which meant three levels of connection i.e. brazing on the copper and screwed and welded iron.

All copper work supplied heating and domestic water services.

The canteen also required mains cold water, above ground drainage and an external tap.

The project ran for 18 weeks which included commissioning and testing
