This building in an affluent area of Leeds has been renovated to provide space and facilities for a night club and bar.

Our remit was to design and install the Domestic Water services and above ground drainage for use with stainless steel sanitary ware and kitchen sink facilities. Also supplied was an Andrews un-vented gas fired water cylinder. This is power by a gas supply from the gas meter.

During the install RBI were asked to provide external gas and water services for the provision of a Barbeque area as the bar is next to the river.
